Giorgia Conte

I am a postdoctoral researcher at Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). My main research interests span family and labor economics. In my work I combine dynamic structural macro models with empirical analysis applied to micro data to study questions at the intersection of labor markets, household decisions, and demographic change. 

I hold a PhD in Economics form Trinity College Dublin (TCD) under the supervision of prof. Joseph Kopecky and Prof. Barra Rontree.

I will join the Univeristy of Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in September 2027 as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow.
